Processing Time All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of purchase. As our products are made with genuine natural marble, each item is handled with extra care to ensure it arrives safely.
Free Shipping
- Orders over $150 AUD qualify for free standard shipping Australia-wide.
- For customers in the Sydney metropolitan area, we offer complimentary local delivery on all orders, regardless of order value.
Standard Shipping (Australia) For orders under $150, standard shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Delivery Times
- Sydney metropolitan area: 1–3 business days
- Rest of Australia: 5–10 business days

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Damaged Items in Transit Due to the nature of our marble products, we take great care in packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ling@epicuria.com.au with a photo of the damage and your order number, and we will make it right.
